The premise of the chapter, as I see it, is that genius is not enough. Without parents teaching their kids how to be socially competent geniuses won't know how to get the world to cooperate with them. Do you agree? Why or why not? Oppenheimer and Langan, although having much in common, had very different lives. Oppenheimer behaved far worse than Langan (he tried to kill his tutor), yetOppenheimer succeed while Langan didn't.
